Someone is Challenging Alexa! You gotta See this…

mike.jpgRecently, I stumbled to a friend in MyBlogLog. His name is Mike Bogo. He is a senior Psychology major at Brown University. What make me interested in him personally is because he’s declaring a challenge to Alexa Ranking!(Which is never done by anybody before)

I think you should have know what Alexa ranking is. As a Blogger, Alexa ranking is like your status to the other bloggers. People measure your blog with alexa ranking. But, there seems to have a trick to boost your alexa ranking lately. Like Alexa Train Tagging Tricks, which allow you to let you reader helping you to boost your alexa ranking by clicking on a “alexa redirect” link.

Although Alexa can be tricked, It’s still a hard tasks to reach the rank of 15.000+ . So, It’s interesting for me to see how Mike will reach that rank in a short time. His rank now is at the level of 150.000+. Mike want to challenge alexa to see if he can reach the rank of 15.000+ in one month!

I wonder if he can succeed in this challenge. I hope Mike will win this challenge. Because if he win, he promise to his reader that he will exposed the secret on “how to make massive gain in alexa rank”!

Let’s see how’s Mike’s Record now! :smile:

    I have seen Alexa ranks but haven’t divulged into it yet. So are all A list blogs showing Alexa rankings?

    Yes, Pearl. I think is about how you site get indexed by alexa robot called “ia_archiever”.

    You will find this robot at your log files. And Absolutely, and “A” blogs showing their Alexa ranking! :smile:
    Involving in Alexa is quiet interesting, pearl. You can share your ranking with other and compete with them. Like Mike do here. He try to compete with his friend’s ranking.

    I think Mike pretty creative to declare this challenge! :cool:
