Want More Bloglines Subscribers?

By Ken Xu on Jul 9, 2007 in Blogging

Well, I was tagged and I won’t let the tagger disappointed! Pearl Tagged me with this bloglines Subscriber. I have promise not to do meme-like activity before. But, Just let me do it one more time for my friend! :)

I never use blogline before, but I have an account in bloglines. Following this post, I have activate my bloglines account and start using it. I found bloglines do a lot of useful things for me. bloglines_logo1.jpgBeside giving me and ability to store favorite feed and blog online, I will need no third party software installed on my computer to read the news feed.

I begin to switch all my feeds reading database to bloglines now. Bloglines has become pretty useful after merging with Ask.com. I come across to Darin with his bloglines post, He stated out something intersting here:

“Bloglines is used as a Ranking Factor in a lot of tools lately … Text Link Ads - Blog Juice Calculator, Firefox’s SEO Plugin, and a Few others I can’t even remember right now. Ever since Ask.Com took over the site … it has been added to alot of tools around the web. I love it because it allows me to check my Daily Feeds from any computer, as long as I have an internet connection … so I know your thinking … well the Google Reader does the same thing … however just like Technorati helps expose your blog and helps with your Ranking at different sites … so does Bloglines …. and I think since they have opened up the API, we may start noticing a lot of other tools taking advantage of the Bloglines Data!”

Bloglines may be come the news popular website beside stumbleupon and digg. I’m not sure, Just follow what the trend will be. I’ve been tagged and I will tag somebody else to do the same. I was tagged by pearl with her blogging for money blog. Thanks to her, I found this bloglines is good for my online health! :)

Same case here! :) I just learn to use it. But it seems mayank told me to not bother on bloglines. Focus on real reader is more crucial! :)

What will be the use? If I use a different feed reader and I don’t get to use bloglines. I think there is no point in increasing the feed count, only real readers will satisfy you in the future :)

I think you are right… Bloglines is just a tool for reading and not for finding traffic and real reader. :)
