I have promise you to review and do some short interview on the traffic boomer Ram Karthik in the last post. So, this post is all about him.
There are 2 main reasons and motivation for me to do this review and interview. First of all, Ram have fulfilled the qualifications. Second, I believe he will be the next Daniel Scocco if he could maintain his stats and keep rising like morning sun!
So, I was curious toward his steps in acquiring his brand of ‘one’ in the blogosphere. Interviewing him may become a good step for us to learn some crucial knowledge in blogging through his views.
Well, let’s begin the review of his masterpiece - Bloggingtune.com!
Bloggingtune.com is one of the fast jumping rabbit like I’ve mentioned before.
Ram admitted to his reader that he have a past experience in blogging. He is a blogger platform user who switch to Wordpress because of the expansibility and he want to develop his visibility seriously in the blogosphere.
To tell you the truth, Bloggingtune.com is not even reaching it 1 month record (Started: August, 10th). Hence, you should not look down on it!
See his weekly stats and make sure to not lose your soul!
He manage to get around 4500+ visitors to his blog! Gosh! ![]()
Really amazing for a new blog. I happen to check his pagerank prediction at iwebtool.com, too!
Result?
PR4 for next update! Oh, I believe he would feel amazing toward this prediction.
Actually, Ram has break my beliefs on the fact that blogger couldn’t reach high stats before the breaking the 6 months psychology barrier. He have make the impossible possible!
It’s also a big motivation for us who have a low web traffic from the start. I hope belows interview will educated you about the possibility of reaching 4500+ visitors in less than one month, with a simple step that everybody could follow easily.
Let’s begin the interview with some diving into the author’s Inner-self:
1. Hi, Ram. Could you share us your main motivation in blogging (a part what you have wrote in your about page), your dreams and goals in blogging?
Bloggers like Darren, Daniel, few others and our friends are my motivation. I always admire the way you guys used to blog(and yes I still admire). When I see the way you all write in your blog, I work hard and try to write content of the same quality.
Coming to dreams and goals, my main aim is to become a famous blogger with good community of readers. Also 95% of bloggers will surely want to earn money from blogging and I’m one in it.
I have set up small goals. If I achieve them then I can achieve my big goal easily. At present my aim is to get a PR5 for my new blog, Alexa of less than 70,000 and many subscribers. So that’s a big list, isn’t it?
2. What a great goals setting! You really have a firm thoughts on what you are going to do to your blog. Btw, I see you are interviewing Daniel in your blog. Do you wish to be like Daniel Scocco (2500 subs in 2 months) or you are so motivated and would like to break Daniel’s Record?
Daniel is my inspiration. By reading his blog, I have learned so many things. 2500 subscribers in two months is excellent and to get there, one has to work very hard and devote himself/herself to blogging.
I try to increase my subscribers and other records everyday. Indeed Daniel’s stats motivates me a lot. Whenever I don’t feel like blogging, I visit his blog and few other blogs and read their old posts. It encourages me to blog everyday.
Daniel has also helped me through mail and IM. He is a down to earth man and has inspired me a lot. Yes, I do wish to be like him.
3. That’s nice to have someone to adore. 2500+ subscribers is not a dream for you since you have a terrific stats that will surprise everybody.
Btw, Could you tell us ‘the secret’ of your traffic boom (shown in your Google Analytics Report). If applicable, please share us the simplest steps to boost our stats too!
Traffic is what every blog needs at all stages. Especially new blogs need a lot of visitors so that they can convert a small percentage of them to their subscribers.
To get a good number of page views or subscribers, one cannot do it without others help(99% can’t even if there is good content). So start talking with other bloggers in your niche or even experts of any niche.
Develop good relationship with them. Don’t request for things from Day 1. Once you develop a good friendship, then you can ask him/her to do few things for you and in return you can also do few things to that person.
Secondly, leverage traffic from Social media. Once you start getting visitors from Digg, StumbleUpon and others, you can convert them to your daily readers. But one thing to note here is that not all posts make it to the front page of Digg or to the Buzz page of StumbleUpon.
It should be really good to make it there. So Content is still the King. Write best content before you start utilizing the social media. Write many list posts. If you do these from Day 1, then you can surely see good stats.
4. Great! That’s a nice steps for us to follow. But, according to expert, something that really crucial in blogging is ‘Uniqueness’. Could you tell me how are you going to set your blog to the uniqueness or become a ‘purple cows‘ in this area of niche - Blogging and Making money online?
To excel in a field, one has to be unique. Even though one cannot be 100% unique, he/she should try to be unique in some way or the other. I try my best to be unique from other bloggers.
There are many bloggers in my niche and I have to do something really good to be unique. So I try to write unique content as much as possible. Few things I do to write content are:
- I try all the money making programs and affiliate programs, and write my experience with them and how one can get the best out of these programs.
- I try various placements of AdSense and other ads and tell my readers which can get the best result(I wrote a post few days ago on how to get content related ads by inserting a small code)
- I started blogging in Blogger blog and then moved to WordPress, so I know about both the platforms. Hence I can write tips for both platforms. Only few bloggers does this.
- Also I write the tips which I used to search in Google when I started blogging so that it will be handy for other new bloggers.
5. I see, that’s is a creative thoughts for your niche. I found a lot of expert advises about feeling good as the key to build uniqueness in blogging. Do you feel comfortable about the niche you are blogging at now? Could you blog for it through the next 2-4 years on the same niche?
I’m very much comfortable in my blogging niche. I, somehow, get new topics to blog about everyday. Of course I can continue for the next 2-4 years and even a lot more than that. You get new problems, new money making programs and new how to’s every week.
So these can keep you busy everyday. There are rarely one or two days when you don’t have anything to blog about. On these days, I prefer not to blog. Overall, this niche is engaging and fun filled.
What a nice chat with you, Ram. Thanks for your cooperation and I hope you will achieve your goals faster and become the next Famous Blogger! Best wishes for you, Ram! ![]()
Ok, finish interviewing, now I will squeeze some lemon to a lemonade. From this interview, Ram share us crucial knowledges within my 5 questions that even an expert would still do this to keep their blog up and going:
- Set up a small goals. When achieved, target bigger goals, and keep rising our own standard of success.
- Declare a clear value of your goals so you can have some ‘real value’ to chase of.
- Try to find a famous blogger as your example of success. It’s important to be your best supporter of your entire blogging journey!
- Make good friends before asking any further requests
- Utilizing Social Bookmarking Media like StumbleUpon and Digg
- Feel good on your niche to keep blogging with passion and creativity
Believe it or not, he do get 4500 visitors with these tips. I believe, bloggingtune.com will become famous in the future. With such a knowledge from the author, we could except more from him and his blog.
I wish a best luck to accompanied along your journey to success, Ram Karthik! ![]()
